Can you tell that I am in love with my slow cooker? Especially in the summer when we are busy and I don’t want to use the oven! Then when we get home, we have a delicious meal. Like this one. And if you love chicken cordon bleu as much I do, you will love how easy this is to throw into the crockpot! And it is so delicious. The stuffing on top gives it such an amazing flavor and we all loved it!

Things that I changed: You can either buy ham chunks and layer it over the chicken, or put ham slices. I decided to cut my chicken in half and stuff it with a slice of ham and cheese. Then I also layered the chicken with cheese.
